KCU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL MEPS SKILLS CAMP

MEPS stands for Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual. This camp will absolutely have plenty of court time, but there will also be some classroom time. The mental and emotional parts of the game have a HUGE impact! Tips, tricks and tools will be offered to help manage those times when things get volatile. And, in keeping with our Christian focus, some on the Spiritual "Cheat Code" will be talked about as well. We are excited to host you on campus!
