Shooting Workouts, Defensive Drills, Ball Handling, Game Situations

This team camp will be set up in a sort of "Super Scrimmage" format. Two shorter quarters will be played rather than a typical game. This allows teams to face more teams in less time, work on various lineups, and face different looks. We will have both morning and afternoon sessions with a different mix of teams each time. (NOTE: Individuals who come for MEPS camp are welcome to stay. KCU players will form another team or two, and girls whose teams don't come are welcome to join them! We want everyone to have the chance to participate.)
